How to reach us

Send your message to hello@jumi.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a couple of working days. Plain email works best: there is no ticket system to navigate and nothing to sign up for.

Reporting a bug? It helps enormously if you tell us which browser you were using, the ad size you were working at, the export format if the problem happened on export, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot is worth a thousand words.

Ideas and feature requests

Ad Animator grows in the direction its users push it. If the tool almost does what you need, tell us what's missing: a template you wish existed, an export option, a size we should include. Every suggestion is read and weighed.
