Frame-by-frame animation, real ad sizes, exports ready for any network - and AI that writes your copy and paints your backgrounds using your own key, or a model running on your machine. Nothing to install, nothing uploaded.
JUMI Ad Animator is a free, browser-based tool for making animated banner ads. You build your ad as a series of frames, arrange text, buttons, shapes, icons, uploaded images and a logo on the canvas, then export a finished file ready for ad networks, social feeds or your own website. There is no sign-up, no software to install and no cost.
It is built for marketers, small business owners, designers and anyone who needs display or social ads without opening heavy design software. The editor is organised around real ad formats, so you spend your time on the message rather than on setup.
You can work at a single size or build a whole set at once. Standard Google Display sizes are included, such as the 300×250 medium rectangle, 728×90 leaderboard, 160×600 skyscraper, 320×50 mobile banner and 970×250 billboard. Social sizes are covered too, including 1080×1080 square posts, 1080×1920 stories and 1200×628 feed images, and you can enter any custom width and height. A design made for one size can be copied and fitted to the others - backgrounds stretch to cover, logos and buttons keep to their corners - so a full campaign stays consistent. Shared margins and guides put elements in the same place in every format, headline text stays in sync across sizes as you edit, and a preview grid plays the whole set side by side before you export.
The built-in AI generation is bring-your-own: describe your offer and the AI writes the copy, chooses from hand-tuned palettes and can paint background images - one per ad or one per frame - then the editor lays everything out at every size. It works with your own API key for Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic and others, or completely offline with a model on your machine via LM Studio or Ollama. Keys and briefs never touch our servers, the AI never controls your layout, and everything it makes arrives as ordinary editable layers. No key? Every other feature works exactly the same.
Animation is frame based. Each frame is a slide that holds for a chosen time. The default Cut style shows each slide cleanly, the way most ad-network banners behave, and keeps file sizes small. A Smooth style is also available when you want elements to move between frames.
When you are ready, export in the format you need: an HTML5 banner package for ad servers, animated GIF for display networks, MP4 video for social platforms, animated WebP for your own site, and static PNG or JPG. A target-size control helps GIFs meet common ad-network weight limits, and a resolution setting exports sharper files for high-density screens.
Everything happens in your browser. Your images and designs are never uploaded to a server and there is no account, so your work stays on your device. Projects auto-save locally and can be downloaded as a portable file to reopen later.
Every tile below is a real ad format at its true shape: billboards, half pages, MPUs, stories, leaderboards. Whatever your industry, you design at the exact size the network wants, and one design can be fitted across the whole set.
